• We guarantee to provide you with a definitive assessment and a clear path forward for repair, documented in your Subaru Health Report.
• If, for any reason, our Subaru specialists cannot conclusively pinpoint the problem after exhausting all professional testing and evaluation procedures (and the issue falls within the applicable exclusions below), your testing and evaluation charge will be waived.
• In the rare event of a misdiagnosis, we will make it right. Should our initial testing and evaluation lead to an incorrect diagnosis that results in an unnecessary repair performed by      Subie Repair Specialists, we will replace the actual faulty item at no additional labor or parts charge to you.

This guarantee applies specifically to the testing and evaluation labor charge. It ensures you get the answers you need to make informed decisions about your Subaru's health. Please note that this charge is separate from the cost of parts and labor required to perform any recommended repairs.

Exclusions to Our Testing and Evaluation Confidence Guarantee:

This guarantee applies to standard production Subaru vehicles with mechanical or system-level issues. It does not apply to:

• Modified, Rebuilt, or Custom Vehicles:     Vehicles that have undergone significant aftermarket modifications, have a rebuilt title, or have custom wiring/components outside of factory specifications.
• Purely Electrical Problems with Shorts or Pinched Wires: Identifying intermittent or hidden electrical shorts and pinched wires can be exceptionally time-consuming and may require extensive disassembly that falls outside the scope of our standard testing and evaluation charge.      While we will work diligently to locate these issues, this specific category of electrical problem is excluded from the charge waiver.
• Engines and Transmissions Inoperable Upon Arrival: For vehicles with engines or transmissions that are inoperable or cannot be safely driven upon arrival, our ability to perform a comprehensive assessment is limited. While we strive to provide the most thorough report possible, certain systems cannot be properly assessed and tested without the vehicle being operational.
• Fluid Leaks, Burning Smells, other long drive/run time problems: At times it may be difficult to pinpoint the source of a fluid leak without extended drive time. Burning smells or other long distance travel or run time problems that take fall outside the scope of our testing and evaluation protocol of a maximin of 10 miles of driving.
